War & Foreign Policy

War is only necessary when our rights are being threatened. We are not the police of the world. We have our own problems to fix before we should even think of extending outwards and starting wars.

 The Iraq war was not necessary. We should be at war though. We should be in Afghanistan trying to find Osama Bin Lauden. I watched a montage of a news station and it started right after 9/11 and it went through until present day. This showed how the focus was on Osama and through out the years it integrated Saddam in and Osama out. We need to find Osama He planned 9/11!

         We also should be trying to reestablish our reputation among the world. We need to work things out diplomatically and also take precautions with who we deal with. Ex. We shouldn’t have sold Saddam the weapons he had. They ended up using them on US! There are other countries to take those risks we can’t.

America in comparison to other countries is a baby, I don’t understand why we are not doing more with the information we have. We should look at successful countries and adopt the good things that they are doing.
